We are excited to have TWO classroom spaces at From Picture to Page Sandown this year. These classroom spaces are away from the busy show floor and allow our talented retailers to offer more in-depth classes, than a mini-class offers.

Oh my! What fun we had at our Sandown From Picture to Page show this year!

We have graduated into the very comfortable Multipurpose Room (with its distinguished blue lighting!) which gave all of the retailers and crafters lots of space to shop, watch demonstrations and participate in the Make and Takes and mini-classes. While the Multipurpose Room was a little further from the Dandenong Road entrance, it was closer to the train station and there was amply parking out the front. Unfortunately the windy conditions make it very hard to use all of the banners and flags to help show the way – now that you have found us the first time, it will be easier to find us next year!

We have such a lovely community of retailers who put so much effort into coming along to our shows! Each team spends lots of time determining their offerings, along with their demonstrations. When offering a Make and Take or mini class, even more effort is needed!

Of course, our papercraft show at Sandown would not be half as much fun without you – the dedicated papercrafts that come along and share you papercrafts love!

There were so many highlights at the Papercrafts show this year! It was great to see Little Bits and Eclectic Images demonstrating the MISTI – the Most Incredible Stamping Tool Invented. This is such a breakthrough tool for stamping on cards and many other surfaces, where precision is needed.

It was great to see the new Sizzix cutter that has a HUGE width that can cut up to page sizes of A4.

Plus there were lots of colour powders and the retailers had a creative range of demonstrations and make and takes to offer our crafters. It’s great to see lots of different way to use the products we invest in.

One of the great new features in the Multipurpose room is the cafe and large catering area, full of chairs and tables. Di and her Highways team offers a lovely range of hot and cold food, and the coffee was wonderful! There were some lovely treats too!

Behind the scenes, the Picture to Page team and the retailers put in so much effort to bring the show to you! The set up and pack up tasks take a lot of organisation and energy but each of the retailers just love sharing their papercrafts knowledge and range of products with you.

We hope all of you who came to our Sandown Picture to Page Papercrafts show had a fantastic time and left full of inspiration and the supplies to make it happen!
