2018 Retailers for Bendigo Papercrafts Show

We are back at Bendigo with the From Picture to Page and Beyond Papercrafts show and Scrapbooking Expo ~ Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 March 2018.

The Kangaroo Flat Primary School hall will be resounding with laughter again as our crafting community come together to celebrate all things paper crafts! This year we have a fantastic mix of local crafting talent, scrapbooking stores, stamping experts, mixed media fun and SO much more!

There will be TWENTY specialist papercraft, scrapbooking, embellishment and mixed media retailers to share their knowledge, inspiration and products with you!

We will be opening at 9am on the Saturday, 10 March 2017, and again from 10am on the Sunday, 11 March, closing at 4pm on both days.

Golden Ticket Competition ~ 2018

As part of the P2P community you have one of THREE chances to win a Golden Ticket – free entry into all four of our Victorian shows in 2018.

Opens 14 January 2017 and winners announced Monday 19 February, so we can post you out your Golden Ticket in time for the Bendigo show.

1. Creative Card Competition

Create a card to fit into a C6 envelope – 105mm x 148mm, with ANY theme. You can use any technique or materials you like. Please leave the inside of the card blank, as all cards will be donated to a local hospital (details to come) once the competition is over.
Also include your name, email address, postal address and phone number so we can contact you.

Wow! What an amazing weekend we had at From Picture to Page and Beyond at Sandown 2017! And we want to send out a HUGE thank you to all of the crafters and retailers who came along and made the show such a success!

And as papercrafters and scrapbookers, we know pictures tell a thousand words!

It was such a delightful papercrafts show! The venue at Sandown was just perfect for us that weekend. There was plenty of parking and our parking attendants did a great job to get everyone parked safely.

All crafters were delighted with the classes, mini classes, make and takes and demonstrations, which our dedicated retailers put so much effort into preparing and offering to you, across the entire weekend. Little Bits trialled their Try Me area and it was a smashing success!

There is nothing like the buzz a papercrafts show and scrapbooking expo to create an infectious excitement and so much inspiration, especially for crafters who have been around for a while. And then there are those who are new to crafting where you can come and talk with the experienced retailers; there are no questions too silly and we spend SO much money on our crafting supplies, so you need to USE them. If you have any questions the papercrafts show is a great place to talk with the retailers. And you can meet others who love their card making and Washi tape and planners!

The “Papercrafts” tag covers so many crafts: scrapbooking, cardmaking, art journaling, parchment crafts, stamping and mixed media art. a full list of retailers who attended the show is here.

And to do these crafts, we need so many different craft supplies; scrapbooking papers, cardboard, envelopes, stamps, inks, paints, embellishments, washi tape, cutting dies, embossing dies. And then there are the craft tools you need to make these work to their full potential; die cutters, paper cutters, electronic cutters, brayers, scissors, paint brushes, sponges and so many more.

All of these were on offer at the Sandown Picture to Page show.

We also had fantastic catering from the Highways Hotel team – no one went hungry, unless they were too busy shopping, playing and taking classes! And we can’t help you there!!

So pencil in the dates for 2018 – we will be back on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 October 2018 in the Multi-Purpose room. And bigger and better things planned!

The Hobby Hoppers team are excited to be bringing and demonstrating Xyron products at Geelong this year. It’s the perfect tool for making stickers with a range of products and the best part is the adhesive is dry,  so they are perfect for art journals and super easy for Planner Girls (and Guys) to make their own planner stickers without having to use complicated software. Mini Classes at Pakenham Papercrafts Show

This year we have THREE retailers offering mini classes during the From Picture to Page and Beyond Papercrafts Show and Scrapbooking Expo.

What is a Mini Class?

A mini class a craft project class held at the retailers stand during the show. There is a small fee to participate in the class and the retailers provide ALL craft supplies and materials – you only have to show up!

Each retailer has a slightly different way of organising their mini classes and each may charge a different fee, depending on the complexity of the project and the materials needed. You can book in for a class directly with each retailer.

Little Bits team have created another delightful card. Their mini class is $5, which includes a $5 voucher that can redeemed on the stand.

The From Picture to Page and Beyond, Scrapbooking Expo and Papercrafts Show is back at the Cardinia Cultural Centre, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 May. And we are excited to announce our line up of specialised papercraft retailers.

Libby’s Cards and Charms

This is the first time Forever has participated in the Pakenham Picture to Page show, represented by Samm Campbell. Fred, Lucy and the Skat Katz team always manage to amaze us with their paper creations. They specialise in a range of manual and electric paper cutters. These will be demonstrated across the weekend at the Picture to Page show.

The Hobby Hoppers team are excited to be bringing and demonstrating Xyron products at Pakenham this year.
